When British summer’s in full swing there’s no better pastime than to release your inner Jamie Oliver, roll out the dough, and fire up that glorious wood fired pizza oven of yours! Our Ready To Burn certified 100% British Kiln Dried Pizza Oven Logs are kiln dried below 20% moisture to provide that super hot, low smoke, long-burning flame to reach temperatures of up to 400°C. Each bag is generously filled with 0.9m3 with mostly British-grown kiln dried Ash hardwood logs. Our wood is cut between 8 and 10 inches in length to fit most brick, clay, mosaic and stone wood fired pizza ovens.
